About this piece
Full-culm bamboo is the backbone of every build. Petung (Dendrocalamus asper) carries the big loads at 100–120 mm; Tali and Apus handle bracing and secondary structure at 60–90 mm.
Every pole arrives borate-treated against insects and rot, oil-finished, graded for diameter and straightness, and cut to length. Imported primarily from Indonesia with the USDA/APHIS paperwork and customs handled.
Petung (Dendrocalamus asper) for large-diameter structure; Tali/Apus (Gigantochloa) for lighter members. The finish is a real upcharge over raw stock. And it shows.
