Bamboo Structural Engineering
Full-culm bamboo is a real structural material with real engineering standards. And almost nobody in the United States practices it. We engineer load paths, joinery, foundations, and lateral systems for bamboo structures, documented so reviewers can approve them.

Project Management & Build Services
A bamboo build is choreography: materials landing on time, crews knowing their shifts, structures rising in sequence. We run that choreography, as build leads on your project or as full-service delivery from concept design through completion.

Prefabricated Building Components
Specialty manufacturing of arches, panels, and structural systems in a controlled environment allows complex shapes to be developed and installed with less time and labor on site. We prefabricate for our own installs and for yours.

Event rentals, with a specialty in weddings
The Resonance Pavilion becomes your wedding tent: shade for the ceremony and a glowing canopy for the reception. We deliver it, raise it, dress it with your planner, and take it down after without a trace.

Festival installations
Stages, shade, and centerpiece structures for festivals and gatherings: climbable, lit, and engineered to pass safety review. From the Resonance Tree at Burning Man to the Skynet Stage, a web of rope and bamboo towers suspended over the dance floor.

Rent the Resonance Tree
Our flagship piece is home from the desert and booking now. A large-scale bamboo art installation for festivals, weddings, brand activations, and celebrations. We deliver it, raise it, and light it. If you want, we plan the whole event around it.

Build a Tree together
Building the Resonance Tree as a collective is an incredible education and team-building experience. Your company, school, or nonprofit becomes the build crew: bamboo, joinery, lashing, and light, guided by the builders who raised the first Tree at Burning Man.
And the work stays. The finished Tree is rented or sold to the space where it was built, so the thing your team made keeps standing.

Questions
Asked before every build
Can bamboo structures pass US building codes and festival safety reviews?
Yes, with the right engineering. We design to ISO 22156, the international structural bamboo code, and prepare documentation for festival safety reviews and alternative-materials permitting. Temporary event structures follow a faster review path than permanent buildings.
Where does your bamboo come from?
We import primarily from Indonesia, where we have found the highest-quality materials, manufacturing, and pricing. Poles arrive treated and structurally graded, and we handle USDA/APHIS treatment requirements and customs.
Do you travel for builds?
Yes. We build anywhere in the United States and travel internationally, including remote and off-grid locations, from the open desert to island and jungle sites.

When a project needs a tool that does not exist, we build it: solar and battery simulation, lighting design in 3D, parametric structure. Two we built for the Resonance Tree are open for you to try.
